If the Senju were always stronger than they would have wiped out the Uchiha all the way back during “fact” number 1, and yet it wasn’t until “fact” number 3 that the Senju were confirmed to be stronger/more powerful/better. Hashirama was the first person to believe in peace, or rather the first person to pursue it. No other person in the entirety of the Senju clan was as merciful to the Uchiha as Hashirama was/is. So why weren’t the Uchiha just wiped out by all powerful godly Senju clan? It’s Because they were equals. Sure there might have been ups and downs and other power changes but for the most part neither clan was substantially stronger than the other until Hashirma came.
